- Aventura will make reparations totalling seven hundred thousand dollars, in exchange Aventuras water rights will be restored, with 60 days to comply.
- The DHS will oversee the Militia – and a Public Safety Transition Board will be formed to oversee the peace process.

“This deal has been in the works for a fair amount of time now, I’d like to extend my sincerest thanks to President Multiman for sitting down and talking about the clear issue we had here, no president has done this for Aventura in a very very long time and we’re very grateful that he took the time to sit down and address the rifts and divides that formed. We came to a reasonable deal and treaty. Going forward I hope we can get this in ink as soon as possible, glory to Aventura – hope we get some land out of this – but we have to repair the relationship with our “overlords” as we have called them.”
The Deputy Mayor also voiced his agreement with the deal, calling it “mutually beneficial” for both Redmont and Aventura.
