This interview was conducted on April 11th, 2026 on the DemocracyCraft Forums via Direct Messages. This interview was recorded before the election results were announced, and was not able to be published in time for the election.
1. Who are you? What do you want readers to know about you?
I’m rotcepsni, a member of the Willow Advisory Council and proud candidate for The Freedom Coalition. I’m someone who genuinely cares about how this server is run, I read the bills, I ask the hard questions, and I don’t let things slide. What I want readers to know is that I’m not running for the title. I’m running because I think Redmont deserves representatives who actually show up.
2. What is your campaign and plan for this upcoming election?
My campaign is built on three things: accountability, fiscal responsibility, and fairness. I want to fix the broken enforcement systems that are costing the government real money, push back against taxes that punish everyday players, and make sure the rules apply to everyone equally, no exceptions for the well connected.
3. What would you do if you were elected? What change would you push for?
My first priority would be government accountability, making sure departments are actually doing their jobs and that public money isn’t being wasted. I’d also push hard against any legislation that unfairly burdens middle class players while those at the top face zero consequences. Real, measurable change not just promises.
4. What is the most important current issue for you?
Government waste and selective enforcement. It is unacceptable that everyday players are being asked to pay more in taxes while departments sit on uncollected revenue and let enforcement slide. That has to change, and I’ll be loud about it in the Senate until it does.
5. Are you happy with the current state of Redmont? If not, why?
Honestly, no but that’s exactly why I’m running. Redmont has incredible potential and a fantastic community, but the government is letting it down. The economy needs real structural fixes, enforcement needs to be taken seriously, and citizens deserve to feel like the system works for them. I believe we can get there, but it takes people willing to push for it.
6. What would you say to your opponents in this election?
Run a good campaign, make your case, and may the best candidate win. Redmont is better when elections are competitive and voters have real choices. I just hope whoever wins, including me, remembers that the job is to serve the players, not themselves.
7. Favorite Minecraft version and why?
1.8. Fast, clean, no nonsense kind of like how I think government should be run
